How do I receive my product after purchase?
After successful payment through Square, you will be automatically redirected to a page with your download links, passwords, and installation instructions. You will also receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through Square, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Are there any refunds?
No, all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How do I get support?
For any issues or questions, please open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/yugiogg. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Are your packs safe to use?
Yes! All our packs are thoroughly tested and safe to use. They do not contain any malware or viruses. However, always download from official sources only.
Will these packs work on my PC?
Our packs are designed to work on a wide range of systems. Check the product description for specific requirements. If unsure, ask in our Discord before purchasing.
How do optimization sessions work?
After booking and payment, you'll receive confirmation with your scheduled time. At the appointment time, join our Discord and open a ticket. We'll connect remotely to optimize your PC.
Can I use coupons on my purchase?
Yes! If you have a valid coupon code, enter it at checkout to receive your discount. Coupons cannot be combined and some exclusions may apply.
Are your free files viruses?
No. My free files are not viruses. If your PC becomes infected after downloading graphics packs or other files from random people or servers, that is unrelated to my files. Do not blame my tools for issues caused by files from other sources.
Do you respond to direct messages?
No. I do not respond to direct messages. All support must go through support tickets in the server. If someone claims they had a private interaction with me through DMs, that is false.
Can you tell me how much FPS I will gain?
Exact FPS increases cannot be guaranteed because every PC has different hardware, drivers, and configurations. My tweaks improve performance and system optimization, but the exact FPS gain will vary depending on the system.
Can you test my PC or find graphics packs for me?
No. I do not search for graphics packs, mods, or other files for users. My service is focused on system performance tweaks and optimization.
Do you own the servers you promote?
No. I do not own most servers that are promoted. Promotions are sponsorships. Sponsorship means advertising or promoting a server, not owning or controlling it. I do not manage or control those servers or their staff.
Why are some servers promoted in the community?
Those are sponsorship promotions. Large servers sometimes sponsor promotions. That does not mean YugioGG owns or operates those servers.
Will the tweaks improve performance?
Yes. The tweaks are designed to improve system performance, reduce latency, and optimize Windows settings. While exact FPS numbers cannot be guaranteed, most users experience better performance compared to their previous setup.
