How do I receive my product after purchase?

After successful payment through Square, you will be automatically redirected to a page with your download links, passwords, and installation instructions. You will also receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards through Square, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Are there any refunds?

No, all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How do I get support?

For any issues or questions, please open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/yugiogg. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Are your packs safe to use?

Yes! All our packs are thoroughly tested and safe to use. They do not contain any malware or viruses. However, always download from official sources only.

Will these packs work on my PC?

How do optimization sessions work?

After booking and payment, you'll receive confirmation with your scheduled time. At the appointment time, join our Discord and open a ticket. We'll connect remotely to optimize your PC.

Can I use coupons on my purchase?

Yes! If you have a valid coupon code, enter it at checkout to receive your discount. Coupons cannot be combined and some exclusions may apply.
