1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service from YugioGG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not make a purchase.

2. Products & Services

YugioGG provides digital products including but not limited to FiveM packs, graphics packs, FPS boosts, and PC optimization services. All products are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment confirmation.

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All digital products are non-refundable
  • All PC optimization services are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever
  • You have read and understood this policy before purchasing

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

🚫 FILING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE = PERMANENT BAN

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:

  • You will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from all YugioGG services
  • Your access to all purchased products will be revoked
  • Your account and email will be blacklisted
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

If you have issues with your purchase, please contact us through Discord BEFORE considering a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve any legitimate concerns.

5. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the products for your own use only. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products
  • Claim ownership of purchased products
  • Use products for commercial purposes without permission
  • Reverse engineer or modify products for redistribution

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty. Results may vary based on your system configuration. YugioGG is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
