NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
PC optimization services are performed in real-time and cannot be undone
All products are delivered instantly after payment
You have agreed to these terms at checkout

CHARGEBACKS = PERMANENT BAN

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

PERMANENT BAN from all YugioGG services
Revocation of access to all purchased products
Blacklisting of your account and email
Possible legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Exceptions

In extremely rare cases where a technical error on our end prevents product delivery, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. This does NOT include:

User error or technical issues on your end
Change of mind after purchase
Not reading product descriptions
Compatibility issues with your system
Dissatisfaction with results
